UV SG15000T36 UltraMax Ozone Generator
The highest output portable UV ozone generator ProMedUSA makes. Three output levels — 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 mg/hr. It removes odours from an 1,800 cubic metre space in about 10 minutes, a 30,000 cubic metre space in about an hour, and a 70,000 cubic metre space in one to two hours. This is the machine for problems nothing else will fix.
The outer case is 18 gauge brushed 316 stainless steel — rust proof, and built to be left running in a bin room or a plant room without complaint. The UV tubes sit in industrial shock mounts.Â

What It Is Used For

These UV ozone generators are often in empty rooms or bin centres or a space where people walk in and out of quickly. Otherwise, turn the unit off and wait a few minutes for the ozone to revert back into plain oxygen before going back into the room.
Maintenance
Replace the rear filter on the back about every three months, depending on how dirty it gets. It takes less than 30 seconds (snaps on and off) needs no tools, and your own staff can do it. Replacement filters cost just $3.00 each.
The UV tubes typically last two to four years in normal use and we supply replacements. Depending on the environment, occasionally open the UV SG15,000 and wipe down the tubes with soap and water, or preferably alcohol, and let them dry thoroughly before turning the unit back on. Again, you can do it yourself. You don’t need a maintenance contract.

All ProMedUSA UV ozone generators have a 6 (six) year International warranty on the ozone generator and our UV Tubes are unconditionally guaranteed (not pro-rated) for 2 full years.
If the machine fails inside six years we repair it free of charge. If a UV tube fails inside two years we replace it free of charge.
