AZCO Industries Ozone Generators & Air Dryers
AZCO makes their own sealed quartz glass & stainless steel ozone generating cells that they use in all of their equipment. The glass does not corrode, does not pit and never needs cleaning. Ceramic and plate machines slowly break down in Singapore humidity and need constant maintenance. Sealed glass does not.
AZCO units run on ordinary air or on oxygen. An air dryer takes the moisture out before the air reaches the generator. Oxygen from an oxygen concentrator roughly doubles the ozone from the same machine, and that is what we fit for demanding jobs.
We have AZCO systems running in aquariums for over 15 years with little maintenance or failures. We have AZCO systems that have been running in Singapore kitchen exhaust ducts for seven years.

What They Are Used For
- Aquatic Life Support and Commercial Aquariums
- Commercial kitchen exhaust — grease and smell control inside the ducting. Ozone is injected into the exhaust duct and hood so the smell is dealt with before it reaches a neighbour or the street.
- Aquaculture and fish farming — ozone kills parasites and bacteria keeping the fish safe and the water clear.
- Water treatment — ozone treats water without leaving a chemical residue behind.

AZCO ozone generators and air dryers carry a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The Air Dryers will require regular replacement of the desiccant inside, typically every 18 months to two years.

Either but it depends on the unit and the application. Ordinary air is enough for many jobs. Oxygen roughly doubles the ozone from the same machine, so we use it where the job is demanding. We decide which on the site visit.
An air-fed machine makes less ozone as the air gets damper, and Singapore air is damp nearly all year. A dryer takes the moisture and dust out before the air is fed into the Ozone generator. Not using an proper air dryer will damage the unit and void your warranty.
This is asked every time by aquarium and farm buyers. Proper ozone dosing levels is important. Most commercial aquarioums and fish farms monitor the ozone level by checking the ORP level in the water. When the proper amount of ozone is used, the water becomes clearer as the algae is killed, water borne pathogens and parasites are killed and the fish are “happier” and less agressive.
