Singapore Printing Company Kills Paint Smells With ProMedUSA Model UV SG7000T36 PRO Ozone Generator6/7/2016
 ProMedUSA Model UV SG7000T36 PRO wall mounted at Paper Multi Coatings, Singapore Paper Multi Coatings (S) Pte Ltd wanted to remove the VOC's and Paint Odours from their printing plant and exhaust.
We began by installing one unit of our ProMedUSA Model UV SG7000T36 PRO Ozone Generator on the side wall near their drying station. This unit can generate ozone in the range of 1,200 mg/hr to a maximum of 7,000 mg/hr. We initially set the unit to approximately half power, and waited about an hour for the ozone to work. The VOC and paint odours we substantially eliminated - not yet perfect, but not bad for the first hour! Next, we'll install a fan to help circulate the ozone, and also adjust the output after the fan is installed. A second unit we propose to be installed on the other side of the printing plant, and a third unit to be added to the exhaust system. PMC likes the minimal maintenance of this unit (just change the rear filter monthly) and were very impressed with how quickly they could see results. Comments are closed.
