The Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel, (formerly the Regent) was experiencing a number of complaints of food odours coming from their kitchen exhaust ducts.
We installed our Model SGWV-DG 13gm/hr Ozone Generator with an Airsep Oxygen Concentrator to provide the feed gas, and within hours after inserting the ozone directly into the exhaust duct, the odours were gone.
This is an incredibly simple system, that can run 24/7 with almost zero maintenance. The SGWV-DG requires no maintenance, and the Airsep Oxygen Concentrator only requires a minimal filter change every 6 months.
The SGWV-DG produces a consistent flow of up to 13gm/hr of pure ozone with a concentration of about 6% by weight - which not only removes the odours from their exhaust, but also oxidises the grease on the duct's wall, reducing any potential for a fire.
