New York City's newest office building, 799 Broadway has installed AtmosAir's bipolar ionization throughout the entire building
Columbia Property Trust and Cosentino Associates, both AtmosAir clients collaborated on 799 Broadway in New York installing AtmosAir’s bipolar ionization throughout the entire project.
799 is a brand new 12-story, loft-style office building at the convergence of Union Square and Greenwich Village. Columbia designed this development project with Perkins+Will to be the premier office building south of 14th Street. 799 Broadway was constructed to meet the highest certification standards for indoor air quality, efficient and sustainable operations, best-in-class green building and health and safety infrastructure and design, and connectivity, and has been awarded LEED Gold Design and Construction, Fitwel Design Certification, and WiredScore Gold and SmartScore Certification, and WELL Certification.
