Chef Janne’s new kitchen serves both the Novotel and Mercure Hotels opening in October 2017 on Stevens Road in Singapore.
We installed our model SG-CSS Ozonated Water Generator, which is capable of taking plain tap water, and generating a steady stream of ozonated water with a dissolved ozone content of up to 8ppm.
This will enable Chef Janne to assure his guests that his meats, seafoods, vegetables and fruits are free from food borne pathogens like E.coli, Listeria, Salmonella and pesticides without changing the texture or flavours.
The SG-CSS will also sanitise all his food preparation surfaces and tools removing dangerous bacteria and eliminating cross contamination.
