HOTEL 81, Singapore - Pre-purchase smoke test evaluation

Several years ago, I approached Caroline the Managing Director of the Hotel 81 chain with a proposal to purchase our UV SG650T36 PRO and UV SG600T36 MINIPRO Ozone Generators.

She was extremely sceptical - she said, and I quote: "I've tried them all and none of them work!"   To which I replied; "Well you haven't tried our product yet."

She agreed to a rather stringent evaluation - she picked a small room, and had her manager smoke 2 cigarettes in the room.

We placed one of our UV SG650T36 Ozone Generators in the room, and left it on for 15 minutes. We waited 15 minutes more for the Ozone to revert back to oxygen, then re-entered the room.

Caroline smelled the sheets, the pillows, the bathroom - to make a long story short, she was impressed with the results - no more cigarette odours, just a fresh smelling room that she could sell immediately.

They now are one of our best customers, and have over 40 of our units spread throughout each of their Hotel 81, V Hotel and Boss Hotels.
