How Much Does It Cost?
Your shipping cost depends on the total weight of product(s) purchased, and the country to which the order is being shipped to. Shipping cost will be calculated as you place your item(s) in your shopping cart. For commercial quantities, please contact us to get a quote.
How Do We Ship?
Orders are shipped via regular mail SingPost to Singapore addresses. To addresses outside of Singapore, orders are shipped using Registered Airmail SingPost. If expedited, courier service or other special shipping arrangement is preferred, please contact us by clicking the Contact Us button to send us a message for special service. Include the item(s) you would like to purchase, so that we can give you an accurate shipping cost.
When Do We Ship?
When you place an order before 2:00 pm Singapore Time on a weekday, the order will be shipped the same day. After 2:00 pm on a weekday, or on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be shipped the next working day. Generally, you should receive your order within 2 days for Singapore, or 5 - 10 working days outside of Singapore.
Do I Get A Shipping Confirmation For My Order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation of shipping via email to the email address listed in your account with us.
What If the Item Ordered Is Out-of-stock?
If your order contains an item that is not in stock, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date for the out-of-stock item, while the rest of items in the order will be shipped within 1 working day upon receipt of order. If you choose to cancel the out-of-stock item, we will fully refund you the out-of-stock item price and possibly some shipping cost. If you choose to cancel the entire order, we will fully refund the your entire payment.
Who Will Pay For Customs Duty, Excise Tax, or Import Tax?
Once your shipment reaches the country of destination, you or the receiver will be responsible for any custom duty, excise tax or import tax.

Will We Accept Returns?
We will only accept returns for KozaKAuto DryWash Cloth within 10 days of purchase. The Kozak cloth must be:
- purchased within 10 days prior to mailing;
- accompanied by the original purchase receipt;
- in the original packaging (all right if package has been opened);
- its original size, not cut, or torn (all right if it has been used);
- a stamped, self-addressed envelope (if purchase was made from authorized retailer);
